Dude they do there Shikai takes form of a armor thing

well , they have shikai , when they use it , theyre zanpakutou fuses with them ,,, it was in episode 130 or 131 t hink, (that filler with yui and others i dont remmember lol)

Arrancar shikai, is their released form that was sealed within the zanpakutou.
Example. Episode 119.
