Warning: This FAQ is not to tell you how to be unbeatable, it is to teach you how to obtain Bankai Fas-*test*-('") and handle the strongest NPCs in the game. It does NOT teach you how to beat other players also.


Welcome to my Little FAQ. Today I'm going to teach you basic training Techniques.

As you all know, there's Two main Ways of Training in the game. There's Dolls (Dummys not the Bountos), and then there's Hollow Slaying.

This will tell you what you WANT to do, when you want to do it.

To Start out, I would suggest even before leaving Earth, you Train to level 30 or higher as a human, focus on Attack Power (This is the basis of your attacks to help you survive until you follow your Dream Copycat role). Train this until you got 200, maybe 300 Attack Power. This will be your basis to beating down Hollows.

Once you got that, your Defense will be about 130 or so, this is best for handling the Weaker, Guinea Pig/Spider hollows, you will probably be running for a long while from Strong Hollows if you fight one. Go outside the Hospital to Earth, avoiding the bigger hollow, and train and kill them for about 5 levels or so if you want, or go STRAIGHT to your 'Job Spot'. This would be the ShiniGami School in Soul Society; Urahara in his Shop (Inoue and Sado); RenTao's Lab in Soul Societ (Bounto); The Quincy Tower's Quincy Veteran (Eastern Earth); or Go and Die to a Strong Hollow Now. Trust me, it's a lot easier changing into a Hollow Later.

At this point you'll gain a Class/Job/Race (We'll just say Race) Change, nothing at all like a Sex Change (we're all Men Icons you see ). This will give you a fair boost in Stats. Shinigamis at This point, as Well As Quincys, And Bounto will want to train until level 65. This will give them all something that will make their life a LOT easier. Shinigamis will Recieve their Shikai, Bountos Recieve their Barbie Dolls, and Quincy Get their Sanrei Glove. These each help out each of the individual races. It's suggested you Train on Demi and Weak Hollows (In the game the latter is called just Hollow) until you reach said Level. While Training up, you will obtain Flash Step at level 45.

Ichigo Shikai, and other long Ranged Types can attempt to take down Strong hollows around level 60-70. At Level 60, this is where Inoue's learn their Tsubaki Attack, basically their only attack they will learn. Another possibility is you can train on Defense Machines for a good while and raise your Defense to 300 or 500, both of which are fair amounts, then begin trying to fight the Strong Hollows. Either way is good, but in the time it takes to gain that much from the Defense machines, you could get that and other stats from killing hollows, making it way more convinient to follow this route.

At level 70 is where you begin killing Strong Hollows, doing this long enough will more often than not Raise your Defense to about 800-1000 by levels 100-120, which are Fair Values to begin slaying menos (They were programmed to be a problem even for people AT level 120). However Killing Lesser Hollows will still help.

Once you Reach Level 150, you will obtain Bankai/Quincy Final Form/Bounto/Inoue's Healing Ability/Sado's Other Arm. These are where your True Power pops out. Begin Slaying Menos until somewhere between 2200 (For Ichigo Bankai) to 2800/3000 Defense and other stats (Basically everyone else). At this point, you can invade Los Noches, in which you can kill Numero Arrancar for a fair amount of Experience and Stats. Once you hit about 9k Each Stat is when you Can begin to fight the Espada Arrancar, which once you run into one, you CANNOT escape. They will Hound you until you leave the Map you're on.

Beating Espada Arrancar is what you're after. 3600 EXP, +80 Health/Reiatsu (Or Unless Troj updated it, it should be more like +160 now for his new Version of Health Gain), and +40 to each other Stat. Killing These With Numeros, Menos, basically everything in Los Noches is the key to becoming a Strong Player.

Actually, you get Inoue's Tsubaki attack at level 60. At 120 Inoue's get their healing skill.
