In spawn zones or other important zones there are going to be guardians. Guardians are people who protect those important zones. Their attack will always do a one hit kill. Their attack is an projectile that pierces through everything and follows the target until they are killed. They also have a specific type to protect. Say if their type is Shinigami. A bounto kills the Shinigami while they are near a guardian, the Guardian will kill the bounto.

These guardians will 1-hit kill anyone responsible for spawn killing if it is a person of their protection type (A.K.A hitsu 1-hits anyone who kills a shini that's at the spawn points.)
