ok when u start out as a hollow which is at any lv there not super strong at first so your Goal is to become a Arrancar

step 1 you have Become a Hollow kool now i would suggest start train Hp up to lv 65

Step 2 now from lv 65-80 train on rei so you can fire a lot of ceros because you will need it

Step 3 kill other hollows to get Exp from 80 - 150 now becareful as your doing this because people will kill you for xp because they think you are a npc

now i no they are weak but once u reach arrancar it will be all worth it so comment on this if you want to
