you were not stuck at the log screen. the game just lags periodically when people try to log in. you were probably banned for being an idiot and spamming the new or load buttons thus making everyone else lag even more.

2. No spam of any sort (this includes logining in spam OCC togle spam, asking bout p-wipes constantly, whispering, killing and etc...) - boot then ban if repeated.
