yeah if people were desperate we could have a small ammount of seats... however i dont think 10 is appropriate as this would mean only around 3 are not in the seating ranks. As kat says it limits the ammount of people in a squad to around 15 per squad. And overflows if it needs to.

So with this you would have
1.Capt
2.Lieut
3.1st seat
-all the way to 10th seat which would bring out
12.10th seat

Therefore leaving a very small amount of non ranked people.

so the seatin should probably .. if it were incorporated. only stetch to 5th seat. Thus giving the numbers of normal members of the squad to be around 10.

However, I would go against the part about their being only 1-/15 people allowed n each squad, maybe soe more, because if there's only 15 ppl in each squad then everyone will have a seat, I mean, their's like 200 people in one squad in the anime and their's like 15 or 16 seats.

Even so, it makes it too easy to stack people into one squad and thus make it more likely than not everyone would grope one specific squad.

Yeah...like squads 10-13...we've got tons of ppl entering b/c they think squads 1-9 already have captains lol

Did you ever read this? The only GOOD Shikais are officially Rukia (Inaccurate and Slow, but very effective at what it does) and Ichigo (Overpowered, Fast, Overly accurate, easy to spam, no delays, Super Flash Steps, and after images, can abuse Kidou OR Vai).

As such this would HELP EVERYONE more than hurt them. Considering Ichigos wouldn't get ANYTHING.

Ichigos were powerful enough, hell with this they can remain just as powerful. In short: no need to really nerf, cause all other shikai would be being improved.
