Actully ban, he said "mabey we could work on getting capts/leius a boost eventually although mabey not for the time being until we've experimented w/ the squad-based boosts"
I think this idea rocks, not only cause it's like the anime, also because it gives a challenge for the captains. Their power reduced by quite a bit and yeah, people wanting to kill them when they are weaker. Imo this should get in right away. but that's just me D:
I voted hell no. Why? Don't you think captains and lieu's will be overpowered not to mention everyone dropping all other classes (arrancars/sado's/quincys) just to be a captain or a lieu?

Quincys got Rousentagai, Sados got +4k Boosts from just being Sados at level 150+, Arrancars got Release (which will someday give a LOT more than boosts) and Bounts got regen, and YOU are complaining? Did you even THINK before posting that? At least this is only for 13 people tops at any given time, and not for a whole race.
I'd understand if it was... Hmmm... Lets say around 3.5k for captains and 1 - 1.5k for Lieu's. Then. Yeah.

Only owners have those bags and verbs, so it's no problem really. But even then Owners shouldn't even BE captains since they need to set an example for the players... then again with how Jonaz has been throwing around GMs to everyone and everything... *cough*

You all do know that, at caps, a Vaizard gains 12250 To all stats right... +5k Is Chump Change and ya'll are already complaining o.o
Just curious but if they got boosts,would they get boosts that are stronger than normal arrancars but wouldnt get as much of a boost as ppl who reach vaizard or the ppl in espada(by this I mean if anyone even gets into it)
if your giving a boost like that it is a good idea but heres the thing if u take the vaizard -*test*-('") and say you just become a kidoless shinigami i think you should be kicked from a squad for makeing even a attempt at it but anyways my ideas are half baked but i think that maybe all of the seated seats should get a small boost that wont work in a fight for your position like u said katoma but they should not lose there boost on earth because it would not really huge
yes thisis what i was talkin about not as good as vaizards but incentive for captains and lues to actualy stay shini.

Besides, if we gave a boost to every seat, it would be a total WTF moment. Too many things to code, lieutenant and Captain are THE only seats that say a Person's true strength and have ANY meaning.

>_> There is no signs of people getting a boost for being an Espada yet. What I can say is that The boost is chump change compared to both Arrancar Release AND Vai Mask. It barely bridges the gap between Shini's Stats (which is why everyone seems to go Vai) and the other races (who are now gaining huge *** boosts)
Capts need to be strong anyways, or everyone leaves shini XD anyone complaining about a chump-change boost should just not vote period...
