there may not be that many arrancar but it's still fair to make it so that they are obtainable

The Eyes could be destroyable (have set hp)

And The boost can EASILY be adjustable.

Anywho, I like it, but I think it should use the system from the last manga chapter.
You need to eat a set number of menos, or menos players t obecome an adjucas, same to become a Vastorode. But if you are in a rush you can ask Aizen for becoming an Arrancar before you reach Vastorode. Inorder to keep everyone from becoming a VR I suggest it to be really tough to get, such as lots of adjucas eating.

As nice as this sounds.. it just wouldn't work. Otherwise people would just wait till their capped and spam unto Adjuchas.

lol, the idea's kinda good but not really applicable since we'd have about 20 espada running around 0.o

I like the Idea, it gives Hollow/Arrancar players like myself look something forward too. ^^, I hope it gets approved

Maybe for each day you don't eat atleast one hollow you meter will go down a few?
i.e. Adjucas player needs 20 adjucas, and have eaten 40 already, yet he didn't eat an adjucas today, so his eaten adjucas meter will go down 10, so he would need to eat 30 more. However if he did eat atleast one adjucas, his meter will not go down untill another day passes. (True to the manga, too, somewhat).
Besides, everyone would try to eat other adjucas, it would create in-wars, thus being a hollow won't be as easy. Especially during raides when all hollows hate each other, etc...
