And about the Ex-whatever they are, a Capped arrancar could probably take em out with his Shikai released.

stat cap is being rased to 17.5k, teams will prolly make decent-pace in killing enemies (of course, these new enemy modifications are gonna bring a buttload of suprises on an unexpecting person)

it lasts 2 min, can be used every 3 minutes, effect will be on everyone around you. if you die while it is on you will be revived with 50% hp
