The levels aren't what they are after, they're after the easiest way to reach a high level of strength without needing to do a thing. My Source gave me a screenshot and I got to find it again.

Um i'm pretty sure if you get barely any EXP EZing then you wont bother doing it...

ok lets say Troj did this and after level 20 Dummy training gives VERY little exp if you did bothered and still EZed while everyone else went hallow killing, after a few hours you would be level 50 while everyone else was 150 or 200.

Thus showing the EZer that he just wasted his time cause he is a weakling while everyone who worked for it can pwn him.

The point is they arent reaching High levels if they arent getting much EXP (and i bet ill still beat you without my Ichimaru Shikai =P)

Dude a Person level 120 training on logs possibly could outrank someone who reached level 150 only killing Weak Hollows/Strong hollows (just saying) in ATK strength.
