Yep i found a new style it was called filter effect but well its more hmmm its hard to give it a name lawl.

here the page with the turental yes its youtube and yes you can hear the person telling you what to do step by step, but i didnt keep to what she said 100% in the end i ended up deleting the layer with the smudge grass and ended up using it on the liner burn layer.
