Its simple in the coding when the user runs out of rei to maintain shikai the pedalz arent deleted and the user gets his sword back. Then all the person has to do is rest and then they can still control the pedalz left behind as well as flash step.... or just summon more pedalz run out of rei rest and still be able to control all the pedalz left behind. ive seen this done on the temp/ non-main server but idk who did it........... ( this was all told to me by someone when tryin to find out how to make pedalz follow someone and they accidentaly stumbled on to this)

.....however there is another way i kno of if the person clicks shikai button twice fast enough dey summon pedalz and get sword back bt idk y any1 would do it cuz flash step wit pedalz can mess u up its really stupid that is y i dnt think any1 does this besides jus for fun
