This is a little thing i did when I got curious of Hell Rizer. I am doing this as I type it, so I won't really be any deleting of old info.

This Study was started when I was hit for 17k by Hell Rizer DX's Thick Quincy Arrow. I thought this weird, So I went back with 25k Rei Power, and it still did approximately 17k. Not one change... So I am going back to do it WITH screenshots this time. PLease note: I did edit on him, his Rei Power was 12520, 20 over the cap, and yes, I did check.

Knowing my Prey hides out in the Southern Half of LN, I immediately headed there. At the point I reached (3:54 PM) he was not in LN, So I waited in the Training Corner (Northeast).

Continuing my search, I found Yoshima and killed him. I use Sense Reiatsu, North and West, so he's Southeast most likely... I note now Yoshima's Damage from my Raikouhou is:

Now here's the fun part. Some Idiot decided to attack me with Getsugas, so I just went and kept healing since he hid on the other side of the map. Jesus he's afk for a while and it's PISSING ME OFF!? So I got someone to watch me Bind the ***** to prove Rikujoukourou doesn't even WORK anymore



Oh God.... And When eh Comes back he REFUSES to Shoot me with Arrows.

I find him outside LN, to the East Spamming Arrows like nothing. Now Remember, he's at cap, 12.5k (+20), SO,

he goes from 17152 down to 11998. That's a 5154 Difference. Now, Question Ladies and Gentlemen. Yet how could That be? Regardless considering his rate of Fire, which is AS FAST, if NOT faster than Ichigo Bankai's Attack Speed, he's pulling off Superior Damage with Equal Flash-Step Speeds and power surpassing Ichigo Bankai's?



While we're on the topic, let's look at Ichigo bankai's Getsuga. 12.5k x 1.5 = 18750, however whenever I see Getsuga Tenshou, it does a lot less than that, so I summoned the Witness from the Rikujoukourou Test again, with my Defense at 12500.





Wtf, not even 12.5k WITH A Getsuga Vs Another player whos Defense IS 12.5k?

Anyone ELSE see something wrong with this math? How Can something that quick be THAT damaging? Add in Gritz, which unlike Rikujoukourou seemingly isn't based on Rei Power... And Quincys are right now horribly broke.

lol, i always maneuver between my close ranged attacks, shikai, and kido...you quincies disgrace the art of battle with your arrow spam =P start using your other silver tube skills rather than jut arrows

and with the last thing they get (with the five things around them...don't know the name) he can do like 50k to a capped out person (me)

OH yes I'm an asshole for revealing how broke your race is and using you, whom EVERYONE complains about being overpowered right now, as the Guinea Pig to prove it.

Quincies, no matter how we look at it, are stopping the races from being balanced (i've seen a bontou own a shinigami, but i've yet to see one own a high-level quincy, i've also seen sado/inoue own shinigami but not quincy)

And yes, my comparisons from my fights with EVERY race are based on level 150+ (bankai and super skills for all races)

Quincy vs bontou=quincy win

Quincy vs Shini in Bankai=quincy win

Quincy vs Inoue: Quincy won

Quincy vs Sado: Quincy won

Quincy vs Arrancar: No con-*test*-('")...quincy won...

while what i've seen, the other races stand an equal chance against one another...
