First, the training guide.
Arrows use 100 reiatsu to shoot each, and damage is based on reiatsu power.
Reiatsu power goes up a little with each arrow you shoot.
NEVER touch an Attack dummy.
When you start off, train to lvl 20 in the hospital.
Go outside hospital and look at this map
Go inside the tower
Go straight up until you see the Quincy Veteran
Talk to him, if you're lvl 20+ you will get a popup asking if you want to be Quincy.
After being made a Quincy, train using a Reiatsu Transmitter until lvl 30.
Use flash step 400 times to max it, you'll need this alot, then train until lvl 50.
Congrats, you now have sanrei glove.
Since the glove makes you shoot fast, I reccomend doing a lot of reiatsu power training right about now.
Maybe get it around 10-30k.
Train until lvl 85 using reiatsu transmitter.
Congrats, you now have Final Form, but your glove is gone meaning you shoot slow again.
I wouldn't reccomend training Reiatsu Power at this lvl because at 120 you get Spider Bow = Godly fast shots.
If you don't train reiatsu power now, don't PvP until you have the spider bow.
Train until lvl 120 using reiatsu transmitter OR Hollows. (Las Noches reccomended, if people try to kill you make use of your maxed flash step and lowered delay)
Congrats, you have Spider Bow, it's basically Sanrei Glove and Final Form combined.
You shoot a normal arrow then a big arrow in rapid succession. The normal arrow hits I beleive 1/5 of your Reiatsu Power, and i'm 100% sure the big arrow hits half your rei power.
Now is the time to get high Reiatsu Power by shooting arrows.
Train it as high as you want, the higher it is, the higher you hit.
With 200k Reiatsu Power you hit 40k and 100k.
With 400k Reiatsu Power you hit 80k and 200k.
(OPTIONAL) Go find a hollow in a place where mostly nobody goes, somewhere in Karakura (Earth) and stand there, letting it attack you, if you can find more of them it'll be even better.
They -should- hit 1 on you for each hit, and you gain 1 defence for each hit.
5 hollows attacking you hitting 1 for 5 minutes
I would say they hit once every half second, so 5 hollows hitting you for 5 minutes is 3000 more defence.
You can do this in Las Noches with Demi or Regular hollows too since they have around 20, but i don't reccomend it unless it's empty or has few people there..
Fighting guide
I'm assuming you have Spider bow and maxed out flash step by now.
Activate your bow then the Spider bow.
If fighting against Byakuya zanpakuto, flash step through the pedals to get behind the Shinigami (or Vaizard)
If they are a Vaizard, stay right where you are and spray arrows into their backs, if they are a Shinigami move back some because Kido can hurt, but your arrows can destroy Kido, literally ;].
If they move then flash step infront of them and spray arrows into them.
If they flash step then flash on a side or behind them, make sure your dodging the pedals too.
Once again, spray arrows into them, if you went infront of them, they'll most likely flash step backwards, so after a few arrows try to get behind them, if you went behind them go infront, if you went to a side then just keep shooting.
You should be able to think of strategies to fight other Zanpakuto, since it's really not hard.
Getsuga Tenshou is pierced by arrows.
Hyourinmaru is pierced by arrows.
Ikkaku bankai and shikai + Renji shikai can't get close, for Renji's bankai just attack their body while dodging Zabimaru.
For the new Shikai/Bankai I don't know any strategies yet because I can't fight someone with them, yet.
If your fighting against somebody that uses Cero a lot, flash step is your best friend.
Quincy were nerfed and don't break cero anymore so I would reccomend simply running..
Fighting against a hollow player is easy, just dodge Cero and flash step to rain arrows into their skulls.
I never fought against an Inoue, but i'm guessing they would use shield a lot.
Flash step to a spot where the shield won't block, rain arrows into them.
If they turn the shield to you, simple, repeat what i said above ^^
Fighting against a Sado is really easy, El Directo and the power blast are pierced by arrows.
The defence arms can NOT reflect arrows back. You should be able to think of a way to kill someone that can't hit you at all.
Never fought 1 on 1 with a good Quincy, and neither should you because all Quincy are supposed to be allies, but I do know that the arrows go through eachother, meaning if they shoot you you can shoot back and you will hit them and get hit unless you/they move.
What the Quincy bonuses do:
Kojaku(Normal bow): Shoots weak and slow arrows, is cyan(light blue).
Sanrei glove: Shoots weak and very fast arrows, is dark blue.
Final form: Shoots strong and slow arrows, same look as Sanrei but with a giant white wing on your back.
Ginrei Kojaku(Spider bow): Shoots a weak and fast arrow, followed very quickly by a strong and fast arrow, looks like a spider web.
