Resolve, Kill!

Im Redoing this poll cuz i messed up the other one,and i dont know how to delete a poll.

I believe that there should be a bar that accumilates over time by killing hollows. When the bar is full u can unleash a massive combo depending on ur zanpaktou. The damage caculation would be ur attack + ur Reiatsu. once the bar is full u can click the button resolve and ur opponent or opponents would be frozen and u know the rest. When ur fighting players stronger than u, u the bar is filled up faster, depending on how many lvls higher the player is.

Negatives: the bar takes forever to full, the most u can get from killing any kind of hollow is 5%. When u die by a hollow u lose 10%.
When u use Resolve ur reiatsu is drained by 1/2 and u lose 10% ur hp, and ur stunned for 5-10sec.

when u choose no or any one that u would suggest a change, please post it
also i would try to fix the things u dont think is bad.

Extra but doesnt need to be added, not very important, so dont vote against my idea because of this:at any lvl u can get a resolve, its just stronger the higher ur lvl. also u cant full ur resolve if ur dummy training. The way the resolve bar would fill depends intirely on the exp bar. To make it easier for the people to add this feature to the game.
FOR Ex. To use ur resolve at lvl 50-99, u need to gain a total of 5k exp, but for lvls 100-200 its 15k exp.(example)
Also wen the bar fills FOR THE FIRST TIME! , and ur in a battle, where u have 50% of ur hp, ur character would automatically use resolve, depending on ur power, lvl, race or zanpaktou type, and attack, once u use it it would be a little stronger than the second time.Also u get to name this technique.
Ex. Ur lvl 60, ur attack is between 900-1200, ur reiatsu is between 11000 and 13000, and u have ichigos sword. Because ur lvl 60 ur reiatsu color is Red, because of ur attack The more damage it does, and the attack is in a straight narrow line, because of the zanpaktou(or race type) use its a type of getsuga. so wen u use resolve again ur attack would be a straight, narrow, red, powerful getsuga(EXAMPLE, DOESNT MEAN ITS GOING TO BE ADD IN THAT WAY OR AT ALL)

Sorry I wasnt trying to steal anything,thats why I said in the thing before u opened the topic was that u reminded me of it and I said it was different.Sorry again though.Like I had a topic about flash cry already before the other person but it doesnt bother me that the other person made a topic about it though.I think they said it was getting added later on anyways though...I cant remember.

Well I was thinking that it could be one of the most strongest attacks on the game but its has some down sides and good things.Well firstly,it could be kinda like ichigo's getsuga tenshou but it could be widder or smaller.(pick any size doenst matter to me)This could have different colors depending on what type of zanpaktou was used with this move or if you cause multiple status affects then a random one will come out.When if a person whos zanpaktou is a status causer than if u hit the person with a resolve then it will be a 100% chance of them being infected with something if the survive the wave.Like Mayuri,his cause multiple things to happen so it will be at random on wich thing will happen.The down side to this move is that once u click on the move you will be stuck in one spot for maybe 3-5 seconds then you will fire your move.To keep ppl from spamming it since you might make it one of the most strongest moves,it could have maybe a 15 or 20 min cool down since its so strong.I was thinking that this could be available to only the people who stay shinigami and not try out ofr the vaizard -*test*-('") but if you dont like it that way then I guess it could be used by the vaizards just as well.If it was a shinigami only move then maybe it could be achieved at lvl 100 or 110.To stop the ppl from sneaking past this and becomeing a vaizard after they get lvl 100 or 110 then maybe when they become a vaizard then that move will be takin away or it will just remain in there tech tab and just not be allowed to use just like the kido for the ppl who become vaizard.

Those are all the stuff I was thinkign that could be included.Oh and maybe once you reach a high enough lvl then like the way u make your calling for shikai.Maybe whne you reach that lvl,it would pop up and say whats your resolve.Then you typwe in your resolve and you got it.
