Me and Troj got into a fight about how strong Ichigo was compared to the other Shikai/Bankai in the game, and so we went into a huge fight, literally.

As some of you MIGHT have noticed if you weren't obsessively playing the game, there were 2 servers, in it me and Troj were having a war of every Bankai one at a time versus Ichigo. I played the Ichigo, he played everything. Note these are the updated versions.



Ichi Vs Hinamori: Arguable, it coulda went either way
Ichi Vs Ichi: Tie (It all came down to the final hit)
Ichi Vs Kira: Ichi Win
Ichi Vs Yumichika: Ichi
Ichi Vs Ikkaku: Ichi
Ichi Vs Renji: Renji
Ichi Vs Byakuya: Ichi
Ichi Vs Jiroubou: Jiroubou
Ichi Vs Hitsugaya: Ichigo
Ichi Vs Zaraki: Zaraki
Ichi Vs Mayuri kurotschi: Mayuri (He was left with 900 HP, one normal hit would have done him in)
Ichi vs Rukia: Ichi
Ichi Vs Ichimaru: Ichi


So in all, Ichigo can definitively beat 7 (that's more than half) of the other Shikais. The Hinamori match is disputable due to we had 2 rounds, the first time Troj lost hands down, the second match he attacked me before he even said start, and two more hits from me would have changed it all.

In all, Ichigo is indeed powerful, and when played smart, can beat almost any Shi/Ban. The Ones it DEFINATELY cannot beat is Zaraki and a WELL played Renji.

Note ALL of these matches were not done purely IchinUb Style, and mixed close range with Getsugas carefully mixed in. Most of these matches except for the Renji and Jiroubou were split decisions all deciding on one to two hits.

Overall This proves that an Ichigo can truly gain a huge advantage in the battlefield, but only when properly played.

PS: Troj is a Sore loser I had to beat Kira 2 times in a row, Byakuya Twice in a Row (one time he ate Kidou and complained so hard), Rukia one time I was D/ced right before it started, second fight he kept cheating. It's all so funny. But I will Admit Troj is one of the best I've fought.

PS: Ichi fight with normal melee versus melee, ABSOLUTELY no Getsugas.

Hmm...this seems pretty much: Ichi needs nerf, hinamori/kenpachi/renji's fine, and everyone else needs a bit of a buff-up...

The problem is, Ichigo's Bankai is ment to increase his speed and remove power, we do that. It is also SUPPOSED to increase the effectiveness of his Getsuga and make it harder to dodge.

In fact, Ichigo could run as fast as Byakuya could flash Step, so what we're getting is already heavily nerfed. We know Ichigo has EXTREMELY fast slashing speed, he knocked away byakuya's petals, and that dude from the Unsealed Sword Frenzy movie's blades.

As it Stands now, the reason Ichigo's so unbearably gay is his pure speed. His Flash-Steps are just as good as Byakuya's, lesser than Yoruichis, so those are on spot. Even Troj acknowledged that it was Ichigo's speed that made me a real problem. The Problem with most Ichinubs is they don't know how to use that speed in 1-1 combat. They just spam getsugas (>_> Wait..Spam Getsuga... BANNABLE OFFENSE YAY!)

Yeah, what's the point of an attack boost if all you do is spam getsuga tenshou?

getsuga needs time to reload, and it's easy to dodge if ur far away ( i still don't like ichigo's zankpakto .-.)

Sado final arm > Getsuga. It's completely useless against a Sado with his final arm.

And in General a Smart Ichigo > Sado >_>

Actually again, a Smart Ichigo > hitsu. Wanna know why I owned Troj? He couldn't touch me. He tried, he failed lol.

but balancing the main character of an anime is hard especially when its speed crap like ichigo's

speed in a byond game is 100x better then power

face it i rather have 3x teh speed then 10x the power

and adding a 3 tile range attack doesnt help either

tenshou wasnt that big in anime it was about the size to hit one person not 3

especially comparing its size to a cero....

and a smartly played anything can win even a damn human with high attack can kill an idiot who cant aim...trust me on this ive killed a shinigami with there shikai as a human

i say just turn the range of getsuuga to 1 tile that would make it fair if you ask me ichigo is made to be fast and attack people not run circles and spam tenshou

a 1 range tile would fix the spammers of the move

or make it fricken rei absed makes no sense having it attack based

makes as much sense as having kido attack based...
