I think there should be ranks like 1st seat of squad twelve , or 19th seat of squad 13. I also believe there should be mini tourney in the main house of each squad.

(for ex. Rai wants to be leitenent of squad 11, but some one is already there, a special tourney would be held between the two in the main house of squad 11. )

Plus's: bonus's depending on rank
ranks between 5 and 20 doesn't require tourneys, auto rank depending on lvl
the participants in the tourney both gain exp, and so does the captain, so he doesn't waist his time.
One of the unused houses could be used for a dojo for the rank tourneys
captain can decide weather to have 1-3 kills to win the fight
spectators may watch but can not interfere
captains gain temp. tourney powers but to only his squad

Negatives: captain must agree to the rank up ( or gm's may agree on it too)
the captain must watch the fight , and can not kill either of the fighters.
captains may not stop tourneys in the middle of a fight
the loser of the fight gains less exp that the winner
If a some one challenges the captain, and is 200+ the captain must not refuse, but if the fighter loses he cannot challenge the captain until hes 15-30 lvls higher, or wait 5 hrs

I agree to the point of only having ranks, it would be fun to challenge eachother for ranks, ect. HOWEVER i do not think the power ups are needed it would be rather stupid i.m.o, maybe a special rank gets certain clothing? that i could understand.

I would have to agree with what Weed said. If you are strong enough to be Capt., for example, then why would you need an extra boost, although the boost would be cool, it seems senseless.

"If you're strong enuf to be capt. why get boost?"

XD err, so far it sounds like capts. have already been planned to get a small boost, but seated officers and leius will just be for squad decorations (minus leius, they're like a guild co-leader for a squad lol)

i added the boost feature so that the previous person for that rank doesnt just get their rank back imidiately with out feeling the some of the perks of that rank. maybe some exp. how is that. ill get rid of the capt. bonus.
