Alright now when u start of in the game, train at the hospital at all times! You dont want to be killed when ur traning.Ok now if u want to be a Shinigami that is good with kido then train ur Reiatsu more then defense and Attack. Now,When u start off u into the Hospital and Start training ur Attack.Keep training ur attack until ur lvl 10 then start defense training until ur lvl 20.Once ur lvl 20 (THIS IS OPTIONAL,
Start Reiatsu training to lvl 35 if u want to have strong reiatsu attacks.)If u dont
want to reiatsu train then start training on ur attack until ur lvl 30.Once u reach lvl 30 u may want to Flash step 300 times to master it,but u may skip this Step.Once ur lvl 30 defense train until ur lvl 40.Once u are lvl 40 go to the Shinigami Teacher and become a Shinigami.(I cannot tell u what Shikai or Bankai u may get, but the Shikai/Bankai depend on ur Questions the Shinigami Teacher asks u.)Now start killing hollows at the Hollow world
(It is located South west of Urahas Shop)Once u are there start killing strong or
normal hollows until u get ur shikai.Once u get ur Shikai start hunting for Strong hollows.Once u are lvl 70,U can start fighting Mendoes Grandes using ur Shikai.Once ur lvl 90 start to Kill Arracncars cuz they are easy to defeat when u yuse ur Shikai.Keep killing them until u are lvl 120,Once u actigvate ur Bankai do what ever u want to do.
PS:I was able to kill a Arrancar when i was lvl 70.
(Post here if i helped u or not)
Well, how should i say this.. easier said than done? This guide is almost like Katoma's but in a more shorter version.. with a few different things
Actually sounds like a decent way to balance your stats, although I think stat gain and HP and attack damage, etc are all being changed in this next update :/
Unless i'm wrong.

In addition it only takes into consideration Shinigami, and also is incorrect on some parts.

Level 40 is a nice touch, but your stats will end up inferior to those who begun to Hollow Train at 30. My guide suggests the best way to gain strength with the least annoyance.

A LOT of Shikais are not good for Early Hollow Slaying. Ichigos for example. In addition a LOT of Shikais don't leave some sort of Obj Behind (IE: Rukia) which scares away pursuing Hollows.

Only a select few Shikais do this well, and only if you choose one that leaves Objs (Quincys, and Rukias, win again).
Your guide only considers if people choose a Obj Based character, and neglects a huge majority of players skills.
On a secondary Note: You ripped my Guide. Why do you suggest getting Flash Step at level 30? Why not level 40 since that's when you WANT to go out into the world to change class as you suggest?
Answer: You ripped my guide.
You realize that because his method on training a Shinigami is similar to your guides(There really aren't that many ways. You dummy train, you kill hollows. The end.), doesn't mean that he "ripped" said guide?
Your negative output really goes past the line of "constructive criticism", and I believe we'd all appreciate it if you withheld all negative comments.
... I hate these moments >_>.

The same for you bub. Follow your own advice from now on.
Sometimes constructive criticism is simply stating flaws. It's up to the person to correct the flaws themselves, it's the only way they learn.
Besides, since the Dream of Most Shinis is to become captain, it only makes sense they get the quickest, most efficient training to gain strength, and, unlike I posted earlier, the fas-*test*-('").
Can we plz let this rest ?
Oh, I make a habit of following my own advice.
See, this is where you misunderstand what i'm saying. friend.

I'm not insulting you. I'm teaching you that you will get a much better response if you show a little bit of kindness, even in criticism, rather then being quite rude.
This is starting to sound beter.

I am Rude in that it's quite obvious he ripped to a degree what I made. However he went more into Detail into what I first developed, basically ripping the first thirty level time frame.
