Anyways, i was thinking of a fun lil minigame that had a ladder-ranking system attached to it (to keep it competitive AND relaxing tongue.gif)

you collect various cards based off of the anime characters by completeing quests, killing hollows, and buying them from a crazy collector (urahara of course!) also, there are cards to help your characters as they fight your opponent's characters.
Each card has a hp value, as well as 2-3 attacks that do various damage. each attack has a set amount of reiatsu that your character needs to preform it, and each turn your reiatsu pool regenerates 3 rei power for each monster/chara you control.

Gameplay:
----------------
-Each player's deck contains 60 cards maximum, 45 minimum
-There can only be 3 copies of each card in your deck.
-a player's total spirit energy starts at 6000, but may be affected by certain cards.
-Each character costs reiatsu to play or attack, the lowest entrance cost is 1 reiatsu
-Players take turns making eachother's spirit energy vulnerable by clearing any character cards out of their way to get direct attacks.
-Whoever runs out of a deck or spirit energy first loses.
-assist cards use helpful effects to turn the tide of a match, while defense cards are used to block attacks and put harmful effects on an enemy.
Rules:
---------------
-Each player starts a game with three cards in their hand, drawing one per turn.
-Your reiatsu pool starts at 6 and regenerates 3 each turn for each monster you control (I.E 3x4 chara cards=12 reiatsu per turn.)
-Your feild may only contain 5 characters maximum, along w/ 5 assist or defense cards.
-You may only play 1 character per turn, unless a card effect states otherwise.

Cards:
-----------
Character Cards: Basic Battle cards, enpicting anime characters---some have special effects as well as attacks.

(I.E Orihime, the Human
Health: 100
Tsubaki-3 reiatsu: inflict 30 damage
Shield-4 reiatsu: block all attacks during your opponent's next turn.
Restore-9 reiatsu: heal 50 damage.)
Assist Cards: Cards that have helpful effects
(I.E Urahara Training
+10 to all attacks
-2 to all Reiatsu costs, unless they're used to play a character card.)
Defense Cards: Various harsh effects as well as blocking attacks:
(I.E. Petalshield-useable only by Byakuya Kuchiki
-Stop all incoming attacks if "Scatter! Senbonzakura!" has been used during your last turn.)

Is this a game for on the forums or in-game? Because if it's in-game don't add it.. >.< don't turn the game into a card-game like Yugioh..

--.-- People dozens of good games and MMORPGs got some form of minigami. Hell Final Fantasy had a card game from 7 to 9, each time a different one which some people spent weeks mastering.

It's something to do on the side, NOT a serious part of the game.

^And that's why I believe that's a waste of time coding that stuff. The time could be used to improve the game with new features such as training methods, shikais/bankais, etc.
