I wasnt even the required lvl to have a shikai yet and ichig's shikai appeared ofver my sword.Is this a glitch or something?
Ichigo's Shikai Sword is always received before requirements are met. eighter when you relog or if you die. If it's a bug it's not that serious you have no advantages or down falls no biggie.

It isn't a bug, it's more an "Easter Egg", something the Staff wanted you to have according to the coding. It's nothing special but fun to have.
I also had it but when i re-equipped my sword i had the shikai and the regular sword

I bet dev peeps were just too lazy to fix it and named it "easter egg".

Even if it was a mistake, it's doing 0 harm, gives no advantages, and looks cool, thus an 'Easter Egg'

Didnt look too cool i tell you just weird. And it is still a bug because you dont have shikai even though it looks like you have it...
But it doesn't really do anything sooo what's the point of fixing it since it looks so sexy anyway?
