and it seems like all u did was did clippin mask...

lol I never used Clipping mask. And blurring it gives more depth -.- which makes it look better.

Whats clipping mask.

On a new layer brush in black/white with some splatter brushes then apply image and press ctrl+alt+g and then move if around <--- how to make a clipping mask, also tuts ok not my style though, too messy and blurred too much

Its good but text doesnt blend in pic. Try changing it.

Well, for some reason I can't save with GIMP and if I copy+paste with text from GIMP to paint it ruins the picture by puting a white square in the corner. I'm so annyoed by that .
