oks so you have started to play and have decided to be a quincy!
here is what to do
Train on Rei dummies untill level 20, Rei dummies can be located inside the hospital( where u spawn ) There is other places but the hospital is the best for now.
Once you are level 20 you must go to the quincy tower, shown here

Once inside the quincy tower go near the top and you should see a person dressed in a quincy suit with his bow. Talk to him and say yes you want to become a quincy.
Congratulations you are now a quincy and in ur inv u will have a quincy suit.
Now to use ur bow u press the bow icon in the hub , you are now wearing ur bow, to fire press the attack verb.
Each arrow cost rei so in battle dont go to mad.
Now to hollow train.
I surgest you walk around earth normaly just north of the quincy tower to find hollows / semi hollows. These will give you exp def hp rei rei power and everthing u need to be a good quincy. Train on these untill ur level 40 then go to the hollow world ( ask players in game for location of portal)
Once ur inside the hollow world go search around for hollows and strong hollows but make sure not to go into the big white building, higher levels train here and they will kill you be warned.
At level 45 you will get ur Hirenhyaku, to use it simply click the verb then click somewhere on the screen where u want to telport to.
i would surgest that you master this as u will need it later on, to master it simply use it 300 times.
once you reach level 55 you will get a move called Haizen this move is pretty useless only realy use it when comming up against a menos and ur a little weaker than it.
Ok at level 65 you get ur glove. This glove will let you fire ur arrows fasteer and thus makign it eayer to kill hollows.
Keep traning on these hollows untill ur around evel 85.
At level 85 u will get a move called gritz this is a usefull move as it slows down ur enemy making them a easy target for ur bow but watch out they can still use there shikai and bankais as well as kidos.
now you are around level 85-90 move on into the white building of doom. (HM) XD
i surgest you keep away from other players and do not steal their kills as they will kill u back for it. stay out of the little rooms and stay in the main area waiting for menoses to kill.
at level 100 you get a great move called volcore. This mvoe shoots a metal like ball 1 stuar big if it hits ur oponment they are then stunned for around 2-3 seconds and they become a sitting duck for ur arrows, or u can hit then wiht volcore and run.
keep traning on these hollows untill u are around level 120.
yay level 120 after all the hard work uv finaly made it and uv got ur final form. with this final form u fire ur arrows slower again but ur arrows do 2x the normal damage!
Now you can move into the little rooms where arrancers spawn, try to hit and run hit and run these arrancers unless they are doign around 100-1 damage to u in which case just fire at them with all ur might. As well as killing these arrancers kill the menoses as well as they are not bad exp 600 per menos. Once again try not to steal kills unless u realy want the exp and dont midn becoming hated XD
oks u keep doign this untill you are level 150 and now u have final form 2 with this u get ur spider bow what fires one big arrow then 1 small arrow. Try to get the big arrow to hit and if the small arrow hits its a bonus but dont stand there waiting for the small arrow to fire. because they will kill you. Still use Volcore to feeze ur oponemtn and do as much damage as u can in this time.
now you are a higher level start to know whos tranign there whos weak and whos to strong for u. if you are in a room with a weaker person and a load of menoses spawn, try to kill the weaker person and then kill the menoses, but if ur in a room with a stronger person kill as many menoses as u can and run.
Keep on trainign like this as its the best you can do.
at level 160 you get a move called
"Sprenger - Creates 5 Seele Schneiders that floats around you. Instead of a beam you shoot out a Seele Schneider. You can only shoot five times with this. It is really powerful, about the power of three power arrows per shot. After using it you cannot use it or any other Silver Tube moves(that means all of them excluding Ransoutengai) for the next 15 seconds. Then you have to wait another 10 seconds for you to use it again. It also costs 75% of your reiatsu" *trojs updates*
keep on killing ur arrancers and menoses untill ur level 200! yes 200! at this level you get ur ultimate move. it alowes u to fire 3 arrows at a time in a line like ichigos bankai. it also alows u to move as fast as ichigos bankai!.

be warned when this move runs otu after about 1 min you move super slow for aroudn 20 secs and all of your rei will be gone meanign u have to rest.
From here on in u chose what to do carrie on killing hollows and getting stronger, kill people in HM for fun or just chill out on earth.
