If you get Fallen Shini when becoming hollow how will the shikai system work (since you said that you will regain your shikai)?
Will you choose a shikai like a shini does, will you get a random shikai or will you loose the shikai ability?

no, we'll still have guilds...there have always been both
and also, mataes, quincy arrows were doing some pretty unbelievable stuff, there's a research thingy you should look at on the boards somewhere lol...look up

Awsome stuff, but, one thing...
Isn't Ichigo's complete hollow form, "the lizard", is actually Ogichi's body? i.e. a full hollow Vastorode body?
I think hollows should be like shinigamis, as in at the first "evolution" level you should get either a speed type (leading to Ogichi's body), Powerhouse type (leading to... that 10th or volcanica body?) movement type (Bat type guy) etc... Rather than same icon to ever hollow of the same level?

Did you even read what I posted? Troj says that there is a chance to get fallen shini when picking the hollow race (you can become a hollow at lvl 1) and if you get fallen shini at lvl 1 then you haven't picked a shikai to begin with so how are you getting your shikai back?
I was thinking about that myself...
oh yeah...we should prolly be able to re-pick shi/ban if we became one by failing vai, and pick one if you become one by being hollow.
wouldnt a fallen shini have a easyer time lving up since everything is 1s in all stats
